You may pay for you order with a check or money order payable to Nyraju (all funds must be in US dollars). Nyraju also accepts the following major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note there is a $25 fee for a returned check. Sorry, no COD’s.
Shipments:
Most shipments are made via United States Postal Service. Please note USPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, so please write in your street address for shipping. USPS and Standard Overnight deliveries are available for in-stock items. Please refer to the fee schedule:

Damage:
Damage or loss incurred during shipping is the delivery company’s responsibility and claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the delivery company, we will be happy to assist you.
Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Please write us a note stating why you would like to return your product and include it in your package along with a copy of your original receipt. Gift Box:
Should the contents of your gift box need substitution we will contact you via email or a phone call. Any substitutions will be made with a product of no less than equal value.
